South Baldwin Literacy Council's STEAM Wonder Workshop by LEGO Education

South Baldwin Literacy's STEAM Wonder Workshop turns every student into an engineer, scientist, and artist. Whether your child is just starting their building journey or is already a "Master Builder," they will dive into the world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) through Lego challenges that spark curiosity and critical thinking.

This workshop will be held throughout the summer at SBLC campus. The curriculum is provided by Lego Education and during each class students will build and operate different Lego creations. Each lesson will have a science, technology, engineering and literacy component.

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Ages: All Grades

These are one-week standalone sessions. The curriculum repeats each week, so students should only register for one of the following dates:

• Week 1: June 1 – June 4
• Week 2: June 8 – June 11
• Week 3: June 15 – June 18
• Week 4: June 22 – June 25
• Week 5: July 13 – July 16
• Week 6: July 20 – July 23

Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Ages: Tuesdays K-2nd, Thursdays 3-5th

This program meets once a week for six weeks. This will be the same curriculum as the 4-day workshops above it is just spread out over 6 weeks.

• Grades K – 2: Every Tuesday (June 2 – July 14*)
• Grades 3 – 5: Every Thursday (June 4 – July 16*)

*SIGN UP BASED ON THE GRADE YOUR CHILD JUST COMPLETED

*No classes held the week of July 4th.
