Ever wonder how to create your own sourdough starter? And, once you have it, how do you keep it going for years to come? Well, this is the class for you! Special guest Bonnie B., who has years of experience working in a farm store and teaching basic food storage classes, will be here to share all the tips and techniques you'll need.
Each participant will make their own starter and receive instructions about how to feed it as well as a few recipes to try at home.
