Sourdough Scone Class

In this class you will learn Mandy's recipe for scones - she will teach you the "base" recipe and how to change the flavor of the scones by tweaking the ingredients slightly. You will be preparing 8 scones and baking them during the class (and yes, you can take them home and eat them!). It is recommended to have some sourdough experience/knowledge.
You will know how to make your own sourdough scones and change the recipe throughout the year!
Start the class at Oceana Coffee-Lake Park where you will select a free beverage of your choice before heading upstairs to Culinary Studio for the class.
