Sourdough Inclusion Class

During this fun class, you will learn when and how to add inclusions to your sourdough loaves. Then you will be given the opportunity to add them to your very own mini loaf. We will not be baking the loaves, but you will be bringing them home to bake later.
Participants will have a better understanding of inclusions and how to add them to your sourdough bread. then you will be able to do it on your own at home!
Start the class at Oceana Coffee-Lake Park where you will select a free beverage of your choice before heading upstairs to Culinary Studio for the class.
