Ready to turn your sourdough starter into a beautiful loaf of homemade bread?
Join us for a hands-on class covering the process of making sourdough bread from start to finish. Each participant will begin their own loaf and practice mixing, stretching, and folding the dough.
We’ll walk through each step of the sourdough process, from working with an active starter and developing your dough to fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking.
You’ll leave with practical experience, a better understanding of the sourdough process, and the confidence to continue making loaves at home. And, of course, we’ll finish with some tasty sourdough samples!
