During this class, we will prepare you for baking your first (of many) sourdough loaves! Come along as we break down the process of sourdough from start to finish. We will demonstrate each step and ensure you leave with a good understanding of how to make your own sourdough bread.
Ticket includes the guided class, an active sourdough starter, a mini loaf to take home and bake, and a fresh sourdough loaf. We will also have samples of the sourdough and a bread oil. We will provide non-alcoholic refreshments.
