Over time, unreleased tension can contribute to physical, emotional, and psychological strain that affects how you feel and function day to day.TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a straightforward, body-based practice designed to help you release stored tension by working with the body’s built-in reset mechanism: neurogenic tremors (a natural shaking response that can help the nervous system return to balance).In this 75-minute group instruction session, you’ll be guided through:
- Gentle warm-ups to prepare the body
- How TRE works and what to expect
- How to safely stimulate and control neurogenic tremors in a calm, supported environment
- How TRE can become a practical self-help tool you can use over time
