We are excited to announce a new course in collaboration with Chris Brownlow from Bread with Benefits: Sourdough Bread Workshop.

⏰ Time: 10.00 am – 3.30 pm
💸 Cost: €130 (Early bird 117 before)
This full day workshop will start at 10am and approximately last 6 hours with refreshments and a seasonal plant based lunch with some freshly baked bread. Our aim is to show you how to make a delicious, nutritious and sustainable loaf of sourdough bread. We will go through each stage of the process step by step and will explain about all the equipment and ingredients you will need.
There's something truly magical about the process of making your own bread, and we're here to guide you every step of the way. From kneading to baking, you'll gain the skills and confidence to create bakery-quality bread in the comfort of your home.
