Embrace the Autumn Equinox: Firewalk at the Sacred Boyne RiverAs the sun crosses the celestial equator, we gather on the banks of the sacred Boyne River to honour the Autumn Equinox.
This is a time when day and night stand in perfect balance, a potent reminder of the harmony within and around us. Join us in this sacred firewalk, a transformative ritual that calls upon the primal elements of fire and water to guide us into the dark days of the year.
The Autumn Equinox marks a pivotal moment in the wheel of the year, a time to reflect on balance and transition. Our firewalk will harness the fiery energy of the sun and the soothing flow of the Boyne River, combining these primal forces to illuminate our path forward.
Fire, with its purifying and transformative power, symbolises courage, strength, and the burning away of fears. By walking barefoot over the glowing embers, we confront and transcend our self-imposed limitations, embracing the inner fire that drives us towards our true potential.
Water, represented by the sacred Boyne, embodies healing, intuition, and the flow of life. As we approach the darker half of the year, the river’s energy will guide us inward, encouraging introspection and the nurturing of our inner light.
Schedule for the day is as follows:
Welcome talk and Group meditation
Writing down what you want to let go of
Gather at the Boyne to release the intentions
Fire Lighting ceremony
Return to Dome for motivational workshop working with arrows
