It’s time to go from Starter to bread! Come join me as I teach you how to use the starter you made in class and turn it into a great dough for making Sourdough Bread!
I will have ready to use sourdough Bread dough (as time is limited) and there will be stations for bread making and working with dough.
Station 1
Make dough using your starter. If it’s not healthy mine will be available.
Station 2
Work with pre-made dough to learn how to knead dough and watch development.
Station 3
Learn how to pan bread and what methods are used during this stage of the bread development.
Station 4 Bake panned Bread and see the process from start to finish.
I will have bread ready to bake off at the halfway mark of the class and you will take home a baked loaf and a panned loaf that will be ready to bake after proof is completed.
This is a hands on and interactive class. More of a workshop so come ready to get flour on you!
