Join us for one of our favorite classes!Bread&Table will share their techniques on how our signature cinnamon rolls are made! What do we do?
1. We demonstrate how to make the cinnamon roll dough and what to do to prep the dough for overnight ferment.
2. We will demonstrate how to make the cinnamon filling and how to get it ready for dough. Part of this step includes the use of butter to cover the dough with.
3 We will demonstrate how to make the Vanilla Buttercream to cover the rolls with when baked
4. Each student will roll a cinnamon roll log and fill it with the filling we prepared in class.
4. Each student will cut the log and pan the cut rolls into prepared pan.
5. Each student will take a six pack of rolls home to raise and bake.
Each student will take enough buttercream home to cover the cinnamon rolls when done.
Instructions will be given on how to prep and bake rolls and then frost for at home baking.
Each ticket will be non refundable and only available for gifting or selling to another ticket holder.
If you cannot go after purchase you may sell the ticket or gift it. The tickets cannot be transferred to a future class or another class.
