Join us for an introductory sourdough baking workshop in Mill Valley on Sunday, March 22nd from 2:00-4:30pm!Delve into the art and science of sourdough baking in this hands-on workshop that aims to demystify the sourdough process and make it more approachable for at-home bakers! Gain insight into the science behind fermentation and gluten development and discover the secrets to achieving that perfect rise and flavor. Master starter cultivation, dough preparation, shaping, and baking techniques. Learn not only how to make a traditional rustic sourdough boule, but also how to apply your knowledge of using a sourdough starter culture and the sourdough method to make other sourdough goodies like pizza dough, focaccia, baguettes, and more! Take home a starter culture and your own ready-to-bake boule!
