There's always more to learn about sourdough! This class takes a deeper dive into flour blends, sourdough starter health and maintenance, hydration levels in recipes, bulk fermentation, dough handling and shaping techniques, decorative scoring and adding tasty extras to your dough.
If you're ready to take your sourdough skills to the next level, we'll be prepared to answer ALL of your questions. We'll have lots of dough, at different stages, for you to have hands-on practice.
