It’s HERE �����Our 4th annual mini-festival .
A one day festival meets retreat style experience.
With yoga, sound healing, wellness talks, circles, meditations, plant therapy, empowerment mindset and somatic experiences. This will be an incredible day of community, nature, cozy cabin vibes, vendors, healers and wellness practitioners and YOU!!!
The day at a glance:
10am- arrival - meet and greet
1030-12 choose between yoga classes, self empowering workshops, talks and more
12-1- lunch snack break - enjoy the grounds, sauna, vendors, healing practitioners offering one on one sessions
1-230pm- choose between various offerings
3-430pm- choose between various offerings
430-6pm- dinner break - live music - vision boarding- sauna & cold plunge- roaring indoor fire and cozy relaxing areas
6-830pm- closing class offerings
830-9pm departures /
* those staying the night enjoying sauna and the beautiful expansion home ( and healing services offered in the evening )
* the wellness / healing practitioners are offering one on ones all day-
* each time slot has a variety of movement options, meditations, sound and other wellness workshops ( schedule up soon).
* catering to all ages ( adult recommended ) levels of yoga experience
