In this hands-on class, you'll learn the art of countertop shaping to create beautiful batards that are as lovely to look at as they are to eat. We'll explore the world of inclusions by laminating to exciting flavors and textures to your bread. 🥖
If you're looking to get a bit more wholesome, we'll introduce incorporating whole and ancient grains into your recipes, boosting the nutritional value and introducing new, complex flavors. 🌾

WHAT TO EXPECT:
You’ll receive the recipes for a loaf using ancient grain and a loaf using inclusions. You’ll also receive a supply list with links as well as discount codes! During class, we’ll practice laminating, coils, and mixing whole grain. There’s plenty of time for Q & A and support from instructor for 30 days following your course.
