Chef Joe Burner is taking you on a Caribbean flavored, taste trip pairing it with rum from our partners at Skurnik Spirits
First Course: Ox-tail marmalade- chicharron, watermelon radish, escabeche, chive oil
Second Course: 🐑Jamaican Jerk Lamb patties- Braised Lamb, puff pastry, coconut curry slaw, charred pineapple chutney
Third Course: 🐟Barbados- Cou cou and flying fish- mahi mahi, cornmeal polenta, callalloo, sugar cane vinegarette, crispy shallot
Fourth Course: 🍰Hummingbird Cake - coconut cream frosting, pineapple caramel, toasted coconut, candied lime zest
PLEASE NOTE: The last six (6) tickets to sell may be seated at a high-top table, behind counter seating.
