We invite you to leave behind the stress and busyness of your daily life and immerse in the soothing sonic atmosphere created by the sound and vibrations produced by a variety of sacred healing instruments: Tibetan and crystal bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, rain sticks, flute and much more. The range of sounds will induce a deep state of relaxation, restore vibratory frequencies at the cellular level, synchronize the brain hemisphere and balance the nervous system. In the tradition of and as taught by our teacher, Suren Shrestha, we place bowls on people when we are able. You will leave nourished and reinvigorated! Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, or anything else that you need to be comfortable lying down or sitting.Benefits:

About:
“Soundsation” started its journey in 2015 with four women -- Alida, Andrea, Ioana and Shantau -- after finishing their sound healing training with master Suren Shrestha. They each bring their unique signature of healing, love and passion for sound to create a safe environment for an immersive wellness experience. Shantau is currently living in Texas but her energy and spirit are ever present with the group.
