Through the gentle, flowing movements of Golden Lotus Qigong, a Taoist practice designed specifically for women’s bodies, you’ll begin to nourish your energy (Qi), balance your emotions, and reconnect to your body as sacred and wise.

About Your Facilitator
Dr. Anna Margolina, Ph.D., is a certified Universal Healing Tao Qigong instructor, trained directly by Grandmaster Mantak Chia in Thailand. She specializes in sacred feminine vitality practices and is the co-author of Chi Kung for Radiant Skin and author of Women Are Like Earth: Becoming Vital through Feminine Energy Cultivation.
Anna believes that menopause is not an ending, but an initiation into power. Her teaching blends ancient Taoist wisdom with heartfelt encouragement for modern women navigating a profound and transformational life stage.
