Sounds of the Spirit is a limited Friday night series where every class has a completely different musical personality, and a different instructor to bring it to life. One week might have you flowing to girlie pop, the next to 90s rap, followed by musical theater, throwbacks, rock, R&B, or whatever else makes you want to move.

The music changes. The teacher changes. The energy changes. The intention stays the same: come to your mat, have some fun, and start your weekend in your body. This isn’t about perfect poses or taking your practice too seriously. It’s about turning up the music, moving in a way that feels good, and letting your practice be a little more playful.
