A ShaamaahS performance is an Ambient Meditative Soundscape based on Throat Singing, Mantra, Himalayan Singing bowls, and Melodic Synth Soundscapes, all performed solo and in unison. There will be no yoga asana practiced. Please bring your yoga mat, you are welcome to sit or lay down with the use of our bolsters and blankets to enjoy the healing sounds.
