Preschool Spanish for Mommy and Me with Jackie GriffithsMondays, April 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 18: 9:30-10:30 am
Join us in a hands-on, sensory-rich Spanish class for preschoolers! This Mommy and Me class will feature a new theme each of the 6 weeks that will provide exposure to Spanish vocabulary and some basic grammatical structures. Children will play active games and charades, engage in art and sensory projects, singing, listening to music and stories. They’ll learn greetings, animal names, numbers, the weather, even how to order in a restaurant! We will finish with a fiesta in the last class. For youth ages 3-6 (class fee includes adult and child); if parent prefers to drop off, they may do so.

Meet Your Instructor: Jackie has enjoyed teaching students of all ages over the past 20 years! She has a degree in Education/English and a Spanish minor from St. Norbert College, an MA in English from Kansas State University and a PhD in English from the University of Iowa. She spent six months studying in Chile, three years teaching in China and two years living in Spain. She is so excited to share her love of the Spanish language with you and your children!
