Come and experience a Sound Journey Meditation in the most beautiful shelter amongst the trees at Deer Wood, Loddiswell, reconnecting with nature and yourself. On arrival, you will be welcomed with a short introduction to the wood and then we will begin a gentle, mindful walk along the main track tuning into our senses, the woodland and seasonal changes.
Once we reach the Shelter, all set up ready for you to just lay down and settle by the fire, ready to be immersed in the sounds of Gong, Hang Drum, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls and Native Flute, ending with silence as we lay to absorb the nurturing energy and witness the beauty of nature, the changing season, in these serene surroundings.
Tea & Sweet treat before making our way back through the woods.
2 hr sessions to relax, unwind and connect with nature.
