Join us for soundbowls and meditation centering around peace and gratitude. We will start with a brief meditation centered around peace and gratitude as we approach the holiday season. Lexi will then take you through a sound journey while she plays her soundbowls, and other items. We will then finish out with a salt room session to help relieve stress and anxiety
Cost is $35 per person.
Bring a yoga mat and/or pillow
