As the year begins to quieten and the nights draw in, join us for a soothing sound bath bathed in warmth and serenity. Surrounded by candlelight, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation with the healing tones of gongs, crystal bowls, and gentle instruments. This is a time to pause, release, and nourish your inner light before the busy festive season begins.
Please bring yoga mats to lie on if you have them available, pillows and blankets- you are able to sit and experience if preferred. Please contact us beforehand if you have any medical issues so we can check suitability
