The RISE UP RETREAT: A Weekend of Fun, Empowerment, and Connection
Get ready to rise up and end the year on an unforgettable high! Join us for a transformative journey that blends mindfulness, joy, and empowerment.
Friday Night:
Join us for an immersive mindfulness experience that includes Yin Yang yoga flow, a silent empowerment meditation with headphones, intention setting, and a soul-soothing Sound and Gong bath.
Saturday:
It’s all about uplifting energy! Enjoy our signature RISE UP experience, easy-to-follow dance classes, line dancing, yoga, pilates, and meditation that will leave you feeling energised and empowered. We’ll wrap up the day with a fun social evening of food, drinks, and connection — a chance to unwind, share, and celebrate with new friends.
Whether you’re joining for the full journey or just the Saturday Retreat Day, this is your opportunity to rejuvenate, nourish your social, physical, and mental well-being, and be part of an uplifting community. We can’t wait to welcome you with open arms and share this incredible experience together!

You have 2 options:
Start your Rise UP journey with us on the friday night from 6pm Till 10pm and stay over at the hotel ready for a 8am start on the Saturday for morning Yoga before Breakfast. The overnight rate does include access to the Gym & Spa at the hotel.
Or you have the option to come just for the day event on the Saturday.
More details to follow regarding the timetable and presenters but Charlotte and I will be making this the most memorable experience for you all.

Saturday Day Rise up only £75 for the day.
