We are excited to add crystal healing to this months Soundbath and Meditation. You will be taking home a piece of lepidolite from this meditation.
It is a time to let go of past troubles or grief and look forward to a new season and soon, a new year. Lepidolite personifies self growth so you can open up to the world around you.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE
$20 a person

Please bring your own mat if you have one!
If you would be more comfy with a blanket, bring that too!!
Also bring a journal and a pen to record any ah-ha moments you might have.
