Join sound healing practitioner, Erin RMT & Tiffany at Balance Yoga & Wellness for a Sound Bath. October 11th at 6:30-8:00 PM.A sound bath is a unique experience that combines the therapeutic vibrations of sound healing with the relaxation of breathing.
Participants will lie down in a comfortable position with the support of bolsters & blankets and are immersed in sound waves from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. Sound baths can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote a state of deep relaxation. Don't miss this opportunity to take care of your mind, body and spirit.

Avoid wearing jewelry

Bring water, we have a refillable water station
Please bring yoga mat ( $2 mat rental available)
Blankets & Bolsters are available free of charge or you're welcome to bring your own.
