☕️We will start with a short Cacao blessing, opening our hearts to receive these beautiful frequencies and sound. Setting intention, letting it flow around our being and every cell as we take each sip.
🧘♀️Then moving into a grounding meditation bringing you into this moment, connecting you with your higher self, your heart space and working with Amethyst to bring in peace, emotional balance and protection. 💜
As you lie in stillness, waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and harmonic instruments will gently dissolve tension from the body and quiet the mind.
Then, through intuitive Light Language activation, you’ll receive energetic codes that bypass the thinking mind—working directly with your field to:
