About this Event

Supporting your child with their anxieties / fears & worries. 26 Feb, 5, 12 and 19 March 2026 - 10am til 11:30am.

Parents & caregivers are the experts when it comes to their children.

This 4wk, evidence based intervention group is aimed at parents & caregivers of 5 to 12yrs whose presenting difficulty is anxiety. This will be presentation based with time for group discussions & engagement.

Attendance on all 4wks is required.
