SOUNDBATH 8th November 3.30pm WC1- Restorative Sound bath for relaxation

NEW London WC1 date Saturday 8th November 3.30pm. Join me for a Soundbath session to restore the mind & body. I’ll be playing a Gong, Himalyan bowls & crystal bowls deeply restorative Soundbath, starting the session with a guided meditation and essential oils to help the system relax.

Soundbaths are an increasingly popular tool to help promote your physical and mental health and wellbeing - they can help with stress, sleeping issues, anxiety, low mood and mental clarity.

I'm a Sound Therapy and Restorative Yoga Practitioner who works in groups and 1:1. I work in North Yorkshire and London, this Soundbath is at One KX (also known as YMCA KX).

If you answer yes to any of the following, please drop me a line before booking so we can discuss: in your first trimester of pregnancy; suffer from seizures especially audio-induced; suffer from any serious health conditions

Venue provides yoga mats, I provide eye pillows but please wear warm comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and anything else to make yourself super cosy.
