Join us on select Thursdays in March & April for a transformative sound therapy experience, where the sounds & vibrations of gongs and antique Himalayan singing bowls guide you into a state of deep meditation, the place where healing can take place.Feel the sound waves gently flow through your body, creating a serene space for rest, relaxation and renewal. Whether you drift into a peaceful sleep or feel inspired by a rush of creative energy, this session offers a unique journey serving your inner needs.
Very limited spaces (these are small batch sessions) - make sure you secure your spot in advance.
A yoga mat will be provided. If you'd like one of our thick 3 or 4 inch mats, you may request to rent one for $6.
