Join Hannah from @Stellular Sounds for a session of enhancing your wellbeing through sound.
'Sound Therapy is a form of energy healing, capable of restoring balance to the frequencies within our bodies. The sounds and frequencies naturally bring you into a 'lower brainwave frequency' which brings with it many health benefits.
During the session Hannah will begin with a brief explanation of what to expect and the instruments being used. Following that you will simply get comfortable, lay back and relax as Hannah plays her instruments in a relaxing and harmonious way allowing the vibrations to gently guide you into a state of tranquillity.
