Take a break from the holiday rush and join workshop leaders Sheila McGrath and Sally Flint for a festive writing workshop.There will be an opportunity to enjoy some Christmas reading, dive into creative prompts, and learn about positivity techniques to spark inspiration.
Whether you want to write stories, poems, or just explore your thoughts, this session is all about celebrating the season and recharging. So come ready to relax, create, and get into the holiday spirit.
Led by Sheila McGrath, an experienced mental health nurse, and Sally Flint, a teacher, librarian, and writer. All welcome.
