This therapeutic afternoon is a pure tonic to allow yourself time to be. Leave feeling grounded, nurtured & nourished.
No yoga experience is needed to attend the session.
Open to all, and after the first trimester of pregnancy.
I have everything you need at the studio and offer a safe supportive space & everything is optional during the session.
