Join us for Sound + Soul at the Garden, a rejuvenating afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and healing.

Set in the serene Mellon Park Walled Garden, this special event features:🧘🏾‍♀️ A grounding yoga session led by Stephanie Rouch of Paradigm Expansions, LLC🔔 A restorative sound healing session led by Lindsey of Mindful Movements and Sound, LLC

Whether you're new to wellness or deep in your practice, this is a chance to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect with your body, mind, and soul in a beautiful outdoor setting.

What to Bring:– A yoga mat– Water– An open heart and clear mind
