Invite cool and calm into your afternoon with restorative yoga, singing, harmonium, and crystal bowls. We will begin in restorative yoga with bolsters, blankets, blocks and more, then move into a SATYA practice (floor-based somatic movements) to open fascia, support injury-recovery, and drop into the pace of the body.
This practice, appropriate for everyone regardless of yoga asana experience, helps us slow down, clear the mind, and re-discover our embodied wisdom.

If you do so, you will be asked to fill out a short survey which will contribute to a research project for Keith's graduate studies in Music Therapy at Loyola University.
