Join Amanda Sowersby and Aaron Gregory for a beautiful evening of sound, crystals, connection, herbal teas, cacao and nourishing food.
This is more than a sound experience. It’s an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down, reset and enjoy a relaxed evening out with beautiful people.
We’ll begin by settling into the space with herbal teas and cacao before being guided into a deeply relaxing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, voice and other instruments, supported by the energy of crystals.
Allow yourself to simply lie back, receive and rejuvenate. ✨
Afterwards, we’ll come together over a beautiful vegan, gluten-free curry, giving you time to ground, eat, chat, connect and mingle before heading back out into the world.
Come with your partner, bring your friends, or come along on your own. Everyone is welcome. 🤍
