A weekend intensive to build your online practice, record a platform-ready meditation, and set up virtual clients.

Th Sound Practitioner Digital Studio Intensive is for practitioners who are ready to bring their work online with clarity and confidence.

We will write and record a guided meditation and original ambient music from scratch, walk through the full production process inside a digital audio workstation, and prepare a finished piece that can be submitted to platforms like Insight Timer, Spotify, or YouTube. You will learn how to set up virtual sessions for private clients, route sound properly through Zoom or streaming software, and build a simple system for delivering replays and digital offerings.

We will spend real time on voice, pacing, and structure, as well as how to layer bowls, instruments, and music in a way that supports regulation and immersion. You will work with a curated library of my own studio recordings and learn how to create binaural beats to incorporate into your tracks for professional use.

You will leave with a complete audio asset, a functional virtual setup, and a clear understanding of how to translate your in person work into a sustainable online practice.

Small group. Application based. Open to graduates and experienced practitioners who want to expand their reach and create digital offerings that feel aligned with their work.

We will begin with the practical side of working online. This includes setting up Zoom for private clients, choosing and placing microphones, routing sound correctly, and creating a simple home or studio configuration that supports high quality audio.

We will also walk through different ways to host and distribute your virtual work, including platforms like Kajabi, Insight Timer, Spotify, YouTube, and other tools that make it easy to publish and share recordings. For those who want to release audio publicly, we will cover distributor options such as DistroKid and how to prepare your files for submission.

We will write a guided meditation designed specifically for recording or virtual delivery. We will look at structure, pacing, tone, and how to build a journey that works well in an online format.

You will choose the meditation you want to record over the weekend and begin shaping it with sound and music so it is ready for production.

We will cover the basics of music production inside a digital audio workstation, including how to layer bowls, instruments, and voice, how to create binaural beats, and how to shape a track that supports regulation and immersion.

You will record your meditation and pair it with simple music and sound design. I will mix each project and help prepare final versions for client use or online platforms of your choice.

Kasia is a Vancouver based sound practitioner and music producer whose work centers on creating immersive meditation music, binaural soundscapes, and live sonic environments for nervous system regulation and altered states of awareness. She produces original compositions and professional sample libraries used in both private therapeutic sessions and large scale sound journeys, and regularly records in studio settings while developing tracks for streaming platforms, virtual practices, and practitioner education.
