Join Ahimsa School of Sound Healing facilitators IN OAK PARK for an experience in sound. Lay back and allow the precise frequencies of the instruments to interact with your body on a cellular level. The intention behind these meditations is to support you in letting go of whatever is not serving you and to find a deep state of relaxation.
No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to take part in these offerings or to receive the benefits.
Additional Considerations: Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow; eat only lightly prior to meditation.

Price for Sound Meditations: $35 general admission/$25 for Ahimsa Yoga members
