Namaste 🙏. My name is Natalia Odorodko. I am a Sound Practitioner. •My passion for self-care and self-love brought me to Sound Meditations. I enjoy sharing my practices with the community.
•Sound Meditation is a holistic modality that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, relieves pain, improves sleep and more.
•During the session, I will be playing Tibetan and crystal bowls, a gong, Native American drum, and various other instruments that will help you relax, find balance, and inner peace.
