Self-care is extremely important, especially after we go into the busy holiday season, and after the "Hurricane Fatigue" of the past couple of months. Take a break for yourself and join others to find some peace, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Join us for 3 hours of Self-care learning, crafting, yoga & meditation.
We will start with a meditation to find Peace. There will be face yoga, gua sha, and breathwork to take stress off the body, especially the face.
Next we will be making our own personal bath salts, discussing the importance of dry brushing, baths, aromatherapy, finding minutes of peace and the beginning and end of the day.
The event will end with a restorative/yin yoga, finding peace in our own spaces with Sound Bath, Crystal and Reiki energy for healing and peace
Tools in the $60 investment include Jade gua sha, supplies for making bath salts, oils, crystals, teas, incense, eye masks....and more!
