Join Josh each Wednesday for a deep and nourishing sound meditation, where we’ll enter stillness and presence to align our bodies and fine tune our instruments with the support of powerful vibrational tools. From there, you’ll be guided into a meditative soundscape created by healing instruments such as gongs and chimes, inviting deep rest, restoration, and softening into the unseen. This is a time of receiving — a chance to let go, restore balance, and reconnect with the peace within.Please bring anything that supports your comfort: yoga mats, blankets, water, eye masks, and any personal items that help you feel at home.
