A crystal singing bowl immersion is a transcendental journey for the soul, a sacred symphony that beckons us to surrender to the healing vibrations. As the bowls are gently played, their crystalline tones resonate through the room like ripples on a tranquil pond, transporting us to inner worlds beyond time and space.
Each bowl, tuned to 432hz, emits a pure, ethereal sound that penetrates every cell of our being, creating a harmonic resonance that aligns body, mind, and spirit in perfect unity. Release stress, calm the mind, restore the body, and boost immunity and cellular repair to begin each month on the right foot.
Participants may want to bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and something to stay hydrated. Please arrive up to 10 minutes early to get comfortable and centered.
