Join Ashley of Simply Magic as she guides you through meditation using crystals and vibrational sound healing. Each of you will receive sound healing using tuning forks, drums, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, Crystal pyramid, hand pan, rain stick, gong and chimes.

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for extra comfort.
