Please join me for a relaxing, restoring, rebalancing Sound Meditation… A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These vibrational frequency waves are produced by the various instruments I play , including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, drum.
This can be enjoyed sat down or lay down. Please bring a cushion and a blanket. And something comfortable to lay on . Dress warm and comfy too .
