As the holiday season approaches, take a mindful pause before the rush begins. Join us for an afternoon of deep rest and rejuvenation with Claire Beasley, who will guide you through a soothing Sound Meditation designed to restore balance and calm.
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and soundscapes that gently release tension, quiet the mind, and nurture inner peace. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect ... a moment just for you in the midst of the festive whirlwind.
Doors open: 3:45 PM
Please arrive between 3:45 and 3:55 PM to settle into your space.
The session will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, late entry will not be possible.
What to bring:
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie/sit on
Pillow and blanket(s)
Water bottle
Optional: eye mask, extra cushion/pillow for under your legs, or anything else to stay cosy and warm
