Take time out to relax and recharge with an immersive Sound Bath at Cranleigh Arts.You’ll be guided through a soothing session of resonant sounds and vibrations created with gongs, singing bowls and other instruments. The experience is designed to help calm the mind, release tension and restore a sense of balance.
