Sound Meditation Concert at AKC

We are grateful to return to American Karate Center for our ongoing indoor sound meditations in this spacious and easily accessed location!
DUE TO A SCHEDULE CONFLICT - OUR Regular 3rd FRIDAY - is being held in May on a SATURDAY. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

Relax and let the soothing sounds of live gongs and singing bowls wash over you for meditative bliss. Immersed in live soothing vibrations - this is the perfect setting to release any negative energy, and connect with your calm and balance within.

Please bring props for your comfort. A zero gravity chair is perfect - or a beach towel with a yoga mat and a pillow would work as well. We will set up in a large room with space for each attendant. We will be following town and state health protocols.

Please know that we limit attendance to a number that we feel can fit safely distanced in the space.

Plenty of parking for everyone and easy to get to!
