Join us as we continue our indoor sound meditations with our friends at American Karate Center in the Meadowview Plaza in Ellington, CT.
We are grateful to return to American Karate Center for our ongoing indoor sound meditations in this spacious and easily accessed location! DUE TO A SCHEDULE CONFLICT - OUR Regular 3rd FRIDAY - is being held in May on a SATURDAY. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING!
Relax and let the soothing sounds of live gongs and singing bowls wash over you for meditative bliss. Immersed in live soothing vibrations - this is the perfect setting to release any negative energy, and connect with your calm and balance within.
TEACHERS! We know this is the time of year where it's all coming to a head - and things can be extremely stressful - We want to help! Come utilize our meditations and save at select events in May - For our event at AKC on 5/18 - Use promocode TEACHERS24 and save $15 on entry.
Please bring props for your comfort. A zero gravity chair is perfect - or a beach towel with a yoga mat and a pillow would work as well. We will set up in a large room with space for each attendant. We will be following town and state health protocols.
Please know that we limit attendance to a number that we feel can fit safely distanced in the space.
