Come as you are. Leave restored.Join Priscilla from Lotus and Leaf Wellness for an evening sound healing journey. A full hour where you have nothing to do, nowhere to be, and nothing to figure out. Just arrive, lie down, and let the sound carry you.
Using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, seeds, chimes, and a crystal pyramid, you’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state where your nervous system can settle, soften, and restore. No experience needed. No effort required.
People often leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more at home in their bodies.
